Understanding Your Self - A Two-Day Workshop with Ian Haugh

Do you ever wonder why you feel the way you do or why you do the things you do?
If we don’t understand ourselves, how are we going to understand the people around us?
If we don’t understand the people around us, how are we ever going to succeed in our relationships?

There is nothing random about our lives, nor is there anything that is meaningless. Everyone we meet, everything that happens, has something to show us about ourselves and gives us the opportunity to discover more about who we really are.
